Service Description
Coaching Session and Document Planning. This is for those who don't require a full package but still want help preparing individual documents such as parenting plans or fine tuning their Marital Settlement Agreement/Property Settlement Agreement. The 2 hours of time included in this package will be a combination of meeting time and post-meeting formalization of your agreements. If you have any questions about this schedule an initial consultation with Family Transitions for help determining which program is right for you.
Cancellation Policy
Fees are non-refundable. Family Transitions will complete all documents and provide all instructions as discussed with Client(s) and Client is responsible for taking the documents to the appropriate court.
