Service Description

This session is for individuals who are not currently using Family Transitions for mediation services, but who need guidance on next steps for either litigating through lawyer or who are trying to remain self-represented.

Cancellation Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable. However, consultations may be rescheduled without penalty, if necessary. If you attend the consultation without your spouse, there is no additional charge for us to introduce ourselves to your spouse. Clients who move forward to enroll in our Comprehensive 21st Century Family Transition Program within 60 days of their consultation will have the consultation fee credited towards their full program price.
