Welcome to the 21st Century Family Transition program! Once you complete your enrollment, please access the online modules as soon as possible to prepare for our first session.

Each spouse must complete your enrollment by clicking one of the links below. If you are using one credit card, one spouse will process payment, and the other spouse's enrollment will be free. However, if the fee is not taken out of marital funds, any reallocation of the fee between the spouses will be addressed during the program. 

If you would like to use two credit cards, please use the link for $3,750.00 and each spouse should enroll and process their portion of the payment.
